1General Terms & Acceptance

Welcome to vip1, an online gaming platform built exclusively for Malaysian players. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and vip1 ("Platform", "We"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the vip1 platform, you expressly agree to comply with all provisions contained in this document.

These Terms shall be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form a comprehensive agreement between you and vip1. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless otherwise stated in writing.

Vip1 reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the vip1 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration and at all times when using the platform.
• Is an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not prohibited from participating in online gaming under the laws of your country or region of residence.
• Not to register on behalf of any third party or act as an agent for another person.
• Not a citizen or resident of any country where vip1 services are explicitly prohibited by local law.

By registering an account, you declare and warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate, and current. vip1 is not liable for any losses arising from false or incomplete information provided by a member during registration or at any time thereafter.

3Registration & Account Management

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active vip1 account at any one time. This restriction covers the use of different devices, different IP addresses, different names, or any other method intended to circumvent this limit. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Vip1 adheres to a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with industry best practices. You may be required to submit identity verification documents including:

• A copy of a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for the deposit
• Any other supporting documents requested by our compliance team

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. vip1 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

4Deposits & Payments

Vip1 supports a variety of convenient and secure deposit methods tailored for Malaysian players. All deposits are processed through payment channels integrated with a multi-layered security system.

• Minimum Deposit: RM 30 per transaction
• Accepted Methods: FPX, DuitNow Transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay
• Processing Time: Instant up to 5 minutes
• Currency: Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only

Vip1 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your financial institution may impose separate charges. vip1 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment service providers.

Any deposit made through unauthorized methods, or suspected of involving money laundering activity, will be reported to the relevant authorities. Accounts involved will be frozen immediately pending the outcome of an investigation.

5Fund Withdrawal

Vip1 is committed to processing all withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. The following withdrawal terms apply to all members:

• Minimum Withdrawal: RM 50 per request
• Processing Time: 15 to 30 minutes after verification is complete
• Daily Limit: Depends on the member's VIP tier (RM 10,000 up to unlimited for Diamond members)
• Method: Returned to the same deposit method used

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals will only be processed once all of the following conditions are met: full KYC verification, no active investigations on the account, and all applicable bonus wagering requirements fulfilled. Withdrawal requests made during an active promotion may be subject to additional review.

5.2 Delayed or Rejected Withdrawals

In exceptional cases, vip1 reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal if there are indications of fraudulent activity, a breach of terms, or a need for further investigation. Members will be notified by email or through support channels within 24 business hours with the reason for the delay.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Vip1 offers a variety of attractive bonuses and promotions from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotion, as well as the following general terms:

6.1 Wagering Requirement

All bonuses received must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawals are permitted. vip1's standard wagering requirement is between 20x and 35x depending on the bonus type. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 25x wagering requirement means you must place total bets of RM 2,500 before the bonus can be converted to cash.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• A member is only eligible to receive each type of promotional bonus once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or to other members.
• Vip1 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud or promotion abuse.
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically 30 days from the date of issuance.
• The maximum wager while a bonus is active is RM 50 per round or bet unless otherwise stated.

7Game Rules

All games offered on the vip1 platform — including Live Casino, Fish Shooting Games, Sports Betting and Bingo — are subject to their respective specific rules available in each game's help section. The following general terms apply to all game types:

• The results of all games are final once a round or match has concluded.
• Any technical disruption occurring during an active game will be resolved using vip1's automatically saved server records.
• Bets placed using bonus balance are subject to different limits than those placed using cash balance.
• Vip1 reserves the right to void or cancel any game affected by a technical error or obvious human error.

7.1 Sports Betting

For Sports Betting, all odds displayed are accurate at the time of display but may change before a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in cases of event cancellation or exceptional circumstances as defined in vip1's sports betting rules.

8Prohibited Player Conduct

To ensure a fair and safe gaming experience for all members, vip1 strictly prohibits the following conduct:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to cheat the game system, manipulate outcomes, or exploit technical vulnerabilities.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in head-to-head games such as poker or live betting.
• Use of Bots: Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party programs to play or place bets.
• Money Laundering: Using the vip1 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts or using other methods to unlawfully accumulate bonuses.
• Threats or Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or behaving rudely toward vip1 staff or other members.

9Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Closure by Member

You may close your vip1 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure is processed, all eligible cash balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal conditions and a final account review.

9.2 Closure by vip1

Vip1 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, player self-exclusion requests, instructions from relevant authorities, or account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

9.3 Account Inactivity

Any account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. An administrative fee of RM 10 per month may be charged on inactive accounts that still hold a balance. Members will be notified via their registered email before any fee is applied.

10Liability Limits & Disclaimer

The vip1 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. vip1 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors, server outages, or access issues. We will always strive to ensure maximum platform availability; however, occasional disruptions may occur due to technical reasons beyond our control.

Vip1's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim. vip1 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.

11Privacy & Data Protection

Vip1 takes the protection of all members' personal data seriously. All information you provide to us is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy. In summary, your data is used solely for account management, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes.

By accepting these Terms, you agree to receive account-related communications, important security updates, and promotional notifications from vip1 via email or other communication channels you have registered. You may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time through your account settings.

Vip1 does not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent, except as required by law or by instruction from a relevant authority.

12Terms Amendments & Governing Law

Vip1 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be announced via a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before taking effect, except in urgent circumstances requiring immediate action.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the vip1 platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through vip1's internal dispute resolution process before being referred to any relevant authority or tribunal.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision in these Terms shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. vip1's failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right.
